To ensure the best cosmetic surgery experience for our out of state patients, we have designed a consultation process that allows many of the preliminaries to be handled via email, and phone. While this is not the same as a face to face consultation, it is a good start. Don’t let distance stand between you and the look you desire!

Fill out patient forms that our office will email to you.
Return completed forms and photos via mail or email.
Schedule a phone consultation with Dr. Broadway. Allow about 30-45 minutes for the consultation.
Please take photos of your areas of concern from several angles. Use poses similar to the examples seen in our photo gallery, either nude or with underwear or a bathing suit. If you take digital pictures, you can email them to us. Otherwise, make sure you get high-quality prints for inclusion with your forms. If you don’t have anyone to take pictures for you, you can take pictures of yourself in the mirror, or even better, utilize the timer setting on your camera but make sure your areas of concern show clearly in the photos.
During your telephone consultation, one of our surgeons will determine if you are a candidate for plastic surgery. Your patient coordinator can then assemble a fee quote based on the different options discussed and schedule your procedure. Required forms and other paperwork can be forwarded to you as needed.
Typically, our fly-in patients will stay a few days locally so that your progress can be closely monitored. You will need an adult caregiver to accompany you on your trip or we can arrange for a local caregiver. Your patient coordinator can also direct you to one of the hotels that are located very close to our Lone Tree Colorado office and help with local travel arrangements. We can help you arrange for any postoperative care that might be needed when you to return home.
We want you to return home rested and well on your way to realizing your new look.
